Everything is Okay Now

So today has been a really interesting day. Well, basically it was an interesting cheer practice. It was emotional, crazy, confusing, reassuring, and everything else. We have already had a rough year with cheer, because our old coach wasn't very good and quit.

Basically what happened was that our coach got mad and told us that we had no coach and then walked out. I really love our coach and I seriously never want her to leave. Now don't freak out! She came back in and apologized and told us that she was just frustrated and needed to cool off. We didn't do any cheering the rest of practice because we sat and talked.

Everything is much better now, even though I am still a bit shaken up. I am just gonna do what I always do. Listen to peaceful music and maybe sing along.

Crazy day, but our team is much more bonded now. <3

Where Do Hair Ties Go?

Where do hair ties go? Does anyone know?

Like seriously, I would like to know where they go?

I always buy like a whole bunch of hair ties because I can never find any!!!! And it's not like I wear them and then end up leaving them somewhere. They just plain disappear! It makes me so angry! Does this happen to anybody else? Or am I just crazy?!? And do you know where they go?

Maybe there is a secret hair tie fairy and she comes and steals all your cute little hair ties. Or maybe there is an invisible black hole, that sucks up all the hair ties. Well, whatever the reason is, I hate when it happens because I have to keep buying new ones!

One direction!

So today I have a very random topic...One Direction!

So ya, in case you haven't seen or heard of One Direction here is a little background...
-One Direction is a boy band from Britain.
-The 5 members are Louis Tomlinson(the best <3), Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Payne, and Zayn Malik.
-They all auditioned for the X-factor, but Simon Cowell (one of the judges) thought that they would do great as a group. (He was right!!!!)
-And now they are amazing the USA with all their talent!

As you can see, I am very in love with One Direction!!!!!! (ESPECIALLY LOUIS) Seriously look them up on YouTube!!!!!!!!

Summer, Confirmation, Communion, Parties, & Cheer Tryouts

Hey guys I'm back!!!!! Sorry it's been quite a while, but a lot has been happening lately.

Well first of all, my last day of middle school was on Thursday. Now I am officially a high schooler! :) After school a couple of friends and I took a visit to our elementary school. WOW! That was emotional. It was like we were strolling down memory lane. We said "Hi" to all of the teachers that we had and they ALL remembered us!!!!! I kinda want to be in elementary school again. '-'

Then on that same night I had my Confirmation! (My confirmation name was Cecilia [the saint of singers]) It was so exciting to finally become an adult in the eyes of the Catholic church. I had been waiting for this for a reallllllllly long time now!

Then, to go along with that I had my party on Saturday. It was also my sister's party because she was making her First Holy Communion on Sunday. It was a really great party with all of our friends! It was even supposed to end at 6, but we decided to have a bonfire and it ended up ending at 11:30! Ha ha, of course ;)

And as you already know, on Sunday, my sister made her first communion. She looked gorgeous in her dress! (And so did all the others.) We went out to eat lunch at a really good, local restaurant called Fahrenheit. We went to our friend Abby's communion party at a park and it was pretty fun.

And now it is Monday night. It's 10:20 and I should be getting to bed, but no, I am here being a dedicated blogger (which I haven't been lately) blogging about my busy life! Tomorrow is high school cheer tryouts! :) I'm excited, scared, happy, nervous, and cheery, all at the same time! Well, wish me luck :)

Welcome to Kate’s World! This is my first ever blog post! I’m sooooooo excited to be blogging for you guys and I hope you go hit that follow button.

So anyway, I would like to start off by introducing myself. I am Katie (You probably already know that because of the title). I go by Kate or Katie and my real name is Kathleen. My three favorite things in the whole wide world are pigs, One Direction, and God. (Yes, I know you’re probably thinking “PIGS?!?”, but I just think they are adorable ) 

So, now to the blog side of things. Here, on this blog, I will be talking about ANYTHING! It might be something that happened in my life, a review on a new book, movie, product, etc., my new favorite song, an inspirational quote or picture, a random topic that just randomly popped into my head, or anything else that I feel like blogging!

I’m very excited about this blog and I think I am going to try to blog almost everyday. I might miss a lot of days because I go on vacation a lot, but if I have Wi-Fi and time I will definitely blog! I love to go on vacation where there is Wi-Fi! (I can’t live without Facebook! <3)
